Thank you for your interest in Barnhart School for your child's elementary and middle school education.

While our 2020-21 school year is now underway, we will continue to accept applications for the current school year as we have space available.

The admissions process for the 2021-22 school year is also underway, and the online application process is now open.  Key dates for the 2021-22 admissions process are:
Applications Due - February 1, 2021
Student Assessment Days - Will be done online
Decisions Announced - March 5, 2021

Applying is easy using our Online Application. Applying online simplifies submissions and provides parents with a tool to track the status of required application documents. There is a non-refundable fee of $100 for each application.

Create an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
